Students, parents, teachers and education workers all want a strong public education system. We work directly with our members to enhance the students’ experience every day. We also work with parents, school boards, governments and
other stakeholders to safeguard the quality of our public education system and improve it in everyway possible.
Through collective bargaining and solidarity, they strive to secure fair wages, safe working conditions, and better benefits for employees. By joining forces, union members amplify their voices, increasing their leverage in negotiations with employers.
